📦 Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Due to the hygienic nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The item is damaged on arrival
- The wrong product was delivered
⚠️ Damage Reporting
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- Please send an email to thebhooluxe@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Unboxing clear video
🔁 Exchange Process
- If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags.

- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Items purchased during sales or promotions
- Gift cards
🚚 Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we sent a damaged or wrong item.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise.
